Scott is an actor best-known for his portrayals of Ryan McNeil on The Young and the Restless and Steven Webber on General Hospital.  As a daytime drama actor, he also appeared on Days of Our Lives and As the World Turns.  He was nominated for a Daytime Emmy in Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Daytime Drama Series in 1997 and 1998.  He has also been featured in several series and most recently had a recurring role on the ABC series Nashville, as well as appearing in the Disney Channel Original Movie Invisible Sister.

Scott is also a talented country musician.  He and Aaron Benward founded the duo Blue County, which recorded one album for Curb Records. Reeves co-wrote Toby Keith’s 2011 single “Made in America”. He currently plays in the rock group “Port Chuck” along with General Hospital co-stars Steve Burton, Bradford Anderson, and Brandon Barash.

Scott currently has appeared on the TV Shows “Dolly Parton’s Heartstrings” and “The Resident”. As well as “Palau The Movie” and “Christmas at Graceland”.

Scott has been married to soap opera actress Melissa Reeves since 1990, and they have two children, Emily and Larry.  They currently reside in the Nashville area.
